Child Policy & Rate
- For whale shark watching in Oslob, children aged 0-5 are not permitted to participate in the snorkeling activity with the whale shark but can observe from the boat.
- CityAmor Travel and Tour does not impose charges for children aged two (3) years and below. This age category is excluded from the guest count.
- Full travel cost is applicable for children aged three (3) years and above.
Payment/Bookings
- To secure a booking for the said tour date, guests can make payments through bank transfer or e-wallet transfer.
- Guests have the option to either pay the entire amount upfront or make a 20% down payment/deposit. The remaining balance can be settled after guest pick-up at the airport/hotel.
- All reservations shall be blocked after down payment of at least 20%, otherwise the booking will remain unconfirmed.
- Please note that this reservation includes a NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE. This payment secures your spot and is not refundable in case of cancellation.
Itinerary Changes Policy
- A charge of at least 500 pesos will apply for itinerary changes made within one day of the scheduled tour date or if any side trip made.
- If a guest/clients refused or failed to enter the tourist spot is not eligible for an entrance fee refund.
- If a guest/clients refused or failed to join at any form of activities is not eligible for an entrance fee refund.

- Booking revision request should be sent thru the official Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/CityAmorCebu.
Cancellation Policy
- All guaranteed/finalized bookings shall be subject to penalty when cancelled, as follows: A.) 1-30 days prior to arrival/tour date, no show or shortened stay – No refund (forfeiture of Downpayment/total tour package availed per person) B.) 30-60 days prior to arrival/tour date – 50% cancellation fee of the total Downpayment/total tour package availed per person C.) 60 + days prior to arrival/tour date – Subject to 10% cancellation processing fee of the total tour package availed per person.

Force Majeure
- In case of acts of God, fortuitous events, or any condition beyond our control, Cityamor Travel and Tour or our tour partners/suppliers shall not be held responsible for failure to deliver services, nor be obligated to provide additional services. Delays and/or cancellations of flights and/or boat transfers resulting from or related to weather disturbances or as mandated by Government authorities are beyond the control of Cityamor Travel and Tour. Cityamor Travel and Tour or our tour partners/suppliers will not be responsible for unused tour services/package or delayed/missed flights and Refund is subject to the terms and conditions of the booking, including cancellation policies, processing fees, and the timeframe within which the cancellation is made. Any refunds processed may also be subject to deductions for non-refundable services, such as entrance fees, government taxes, or third-party provider charges
